The work of the Kingdom gives life. You may be wondering where you plug into a community like Harbour, and we have a few ways for you to serve, grow, and reach your neighbours.
Pathway to Gospel Saturation
Every single disciple of Jesus is called to plant the Gospel right where they are. Our city will never be reached by pockets of believers huddled together to protect one another. A spirit of boldness compels us to look and move outward into our communities.
Before any other work, we need to learn to live faithfully to our calling. The vision is for every man, woman, and child to have a Gospel interaction every single day.
You can be a part of this movement.
Prayer
Every single movement begins with extra-ordinary prayer. You may be broken for your neighbours, but does that brokeness bring you to God to call out on their behalf?
Live on Mission
As you pray, you begin to live on mission right where God has put you. Listening to others, fostering open spaces for vulnerability, asking good questions, and prompting spiritual conversations.
Plant the Gospel
Everywhere you go, you have opportunites to sow Gospel seeds. In fields that have seen few crops, we will need to sow a lot of seed. Some will grow, others will never sprout. Yet we keep sowing and watching for the green shoots of life that show where God is working.
The Church Emerges
Sometimes Christians put this step first. The reality is that the Church is a living body of people. It emerges out of the Gospel being planted in the hearts of others. Those shoots of life grow, put down roots, and begin to live in a radically obedient way.
Multiplication
The Church has emerged, collectively loving their mission field. Fruit will begin to emerge, and new individuals will join the Church. Some will be called into different mission fields, and the Church will send them. Together, each member of the Church is sowing seeds and the Church begins to multiply itself.
You may look at these steps and feel overwhelmed. You may be inspired. You may be terrified. You can join a group of other individuals who are seeking to live authentically, gaining the tools, and practicing the methods by joining a Discipleship Pathway Cohort.

We’ll explore your story, your purpose, who you may be called to, and the ways that God has created you uniquely to speak the Gospel into others lives. At the end, you’ll have a better idea where God is calling you to live a life of mission.
Planting the Gospel
You may have a calling to begin to plant the Gospel in your local network. We are with you every step of the way, allowing you to focus on your local mission while we support you.
Harbour Community is an umbrella that your Microchurch can flourish under. We help with the administration, provide coaching, training, accountability, support, and more.
